Made in small quantities right here in Caerphilly, our cakes are soft, lightly spiced, and griddled the proper way — no shortcuts, no nonsense.
Of course, we love a traditional sultana Welsh Cake (and ours are chef’s kiss). But we also believe tradition shouldn’t stop you from having a little fun. That’s why we regularly rotate seasonal flavours and signature twists.
